We start with a meeting with the company and a discussion about the project and its expectations. We analyse: the market, industry, competition, target groups, personae. We work out the website strategy and plan the paths for users. At this stage, depending on the needs of the company, we perform a SWOT analysis and develop the so-called USP (Unique Selling Point) – unique features of the offer that will show the competitive advantage. The scope of activities depends on what information the client has at her/his disposal.

Having the user paths already planned, we move on to designing the UX prototype of the website, which allows to arrange the website elements and to test them before we start the graphic and implementation works. At this stage we also start working on the so-called content (page content). Depending on the client’s needs, all the content may be prepared by us or by the client.
