We don�t do sales, never have and never will. Nor will we ring the office to check this week�s discount structure. So we won�t use those dodgy sales practices of tapping into the calculator and then offering you a cheaper price and thereby reducing the spec. We aren�t interested in �yo-yo� pricing, as practised by so many retailers in our industry, where they inflate the price only to discount it again. We don�t want to manipulate people with sales gimmicks and huge discounts, or use any pushy sales techniques. We believe in a fair deal. The reason is simple. We feel this is dishonest and it goes against�our Purpose, Values and Principles.
